does not condone the illegal use of Cheat Engine Before you attach Cheat Engine to a process, please make sure that you are not violating the EULA/TOS of the specific game/application. A lot of the weapons scale with both dexterity and strength, just one more than the other, so putting a little bit in the other one of the two stats almost never really hurt.Read before download: Cheat engine is for educational purposes only. Even if you end up going with a strength-only or a dexterity-only weapon, a quality build will make it more than viable enough in PvE, though not entirely optimized. IMO a quality build (where you level both strength and dexterity more or less equally throughout the game) is a good choice for a beginner because it opens up more options for what weapons to use and experiment with. You still have all options available to you. And it's the same the other way around if you decide on using a dexterity build then having 16 strength isn't a big deal at all. The claymore scales with both strength and dexterity as well, so if that's the weapon you'll end up using you are going to want to level both stats anyway. My currently my stats are VIT(20) ATT(11) END(17) STR(16) DEX(14) RES (11) INT (11) FAI(11).Īre there any tresholds that should be met anyways or and soft/hardcaps that I should know of?Įven most strength builds end up having more dex than you have now, so getting up to enough to try out the katana isn't going to hurt you all that much. So far I've put most of my levels into VIT and END because at the beginning you always need them but I've now gathered 65k souls and I'd love to spend them because well. I wouldn't mind trying things it if I knew that I could respect, but the idea of screwing up my character permanently makes me sad. My favourite Weapon in DS3 was the Exiled Greatsword but since weapons dont have "Special moves" in this game (I guess?) I think I wont find something similar. Now, if I dont like it and go back to the Claymore the points are wasted. Now I've found a Katana that I'd like to try out but in order to do that I'd need to invest 6 levels into DEX. So far I've used the Claymore which feels nice.

The issue is: I am currently lvl 29 and started as a naked. So I just wanted to know if anyone knows if they added an option to respec your character? Afaik there wasnt such a thing in the original DS but people specualted they might add that to the remastered version.
